Our office only prepares the real estate closing documents requested by a contracting attorney who supervises and approves our work upon completion. We do not perform any closings for any attorneys. Our office only prepares the documents requested by the contracting attorney. Our company name does not appear on Hud-1 Settlement Statement.
We only prepare the closing packages for the closing attorney. This includes HUD-1 Settlement Statement and preparation of title reports with property searches.
The two step process includes pre- closing and post closing process.
