Legal Document Drafting:
All work performed by Paralegal under direction and supervision of contracting attorney.
Attorney simply fills in the contact us form with detailed instructions to draft a specifically named document, provided by the attorney.
Simple Process:
* Attorney completes the contact us form and a Paralegal will contact the attorney.
* Attorney must provide the following:
1). The document to be drafted or we may be able to provide the document for drafting if available. Turn around time may be same day if time is available. Usually turn around time can be 24 to 48 hours depending upon the amount of documentation that is involved.
2). We will need all names of all parties to the document.
3). Date that needs to be on the document.
4). Attorney reviews for approval or revisions.
5). Revisions are made at written request of the Attorney.
6). All work is returned to the attorney on PDF format and CD .
We do not retain documents in our office, upon completion all correspondence and documentation is returned to the attorney.
