· Attorney receives client intake form and has client complete the form
· Attorney emails client intake form, 6 months pay stubs and credit counseling certificate with any additional documentation to Virtual Bankruptcy Paralegal. All petitions are different situations;therefore, some files require more documentation and research then others.
· Bankruptcy Paralegal performs all real property, automobile, criminal, civil and pacer searches and drafts the petition schedules A through J, Statement of Affairs, Creditors Matrix and Means Test calculation
· Bankruptcy Paralegal emails the petition on PDF format for attorney review and a summary sheet requesting additional information that may be needed from the debtor.
· Attorney reviews for either revisions or approval of the petition.
· Revisions are made at the written request by attorney via email.
· Approval of the petition are made at the written notification by the Attorney via email. At this point, attorney instructs the Bankruptcy Paralegal to electronically file the petition to the Bankruptcy court.
